The mission of Dance Center Evanston is to bring quality dance training to each student enrolled, fostering their physical health, developing their cognitive skills, and inspiring creativity and artistry. Our priority is to create a safe space, both physically and emotionally, so that students can dance, learn, grow, and create.

The Chance to Dance fund has provided financial support for students in need since 2008. 100% of donated funds go toward reducing tuition costs for eligible students. Please consider supporting this fund by adding your donation here. Thank you!

Established in 2024 in loving memory of DCE alum Louisa Carman, the Louisa Carman Memorial Scholarship is granted to one DCE student each school year to further their dance education in the form of a $500 scholarship. Recipients are nominated by DCE faculty, and the award is given to students who display a passion for dancing across multiple styles, a strong work ethic, and a kind spirit. Please indicate below if you'd like your donation to go toward this scholarship. Any funds donated beyond the scholarship amount will be carried forward to the following school year's award.

Dance Center Evanston is not a 501(c)(3) organization so your donation to the Chance to Dance fund is not tax-deductible. Your gift is greatly appreciated and goes directly to the benefit of the student.
